As a full Managed Service Provider (MSP) focused on the winery vertical, WineryConnect is capable of handling the full depth and breadth of winery IT support. We have curated a set of best-of-breed IT support solutions (our foundational "MSP Stack"). We have also carefully curated a set of best-of-breed winery commerce systems, integrated them, and trained winery staff on their use.

Over the years WineryConnect has established a deep and capable set of strategic partners. On the IT end, for example, our primary partner is Kaseya, the largest MSP support organization globally. On the commerce side we have been Certified Revel Systems Resellers since 2014 and know well how to tune their Point Of Sale systems to support complex winery needs, and we are partnered with and well versed in several online commerce systems which our clients use.

At WineryConnect we have over a decade of experience helping wineries leverage a range of technology to create memorable Experiences for their guests.

IT is not about technology. Healthy IT Operations depend on a set of expert human beings (a tech support group) leveraging a proven set of solutions to help another set of human beings (winery staff). Winery staff often wear multiple hats, but typically their primary goal is to create Experiences for wine lovers. We take care of the required IT, freeing staff to engage consumers.

Since 2013 our Grape Squad support group has been working with clients to identify best-of-breed solutions (both general IT solutions and winery commerce systems in particular) which fit specific needs in this regulated industry, and to support staff in effectively using those systems day-to-day. We can help you with your existing software systems, recommend new ones, integrate systems, and even develop new software when needed.

Our mission in the Grape Squad is to be one place winery staff choose to reach out to for any sort of tech or commerce support. The Grape Squad is expert in a range of winery specific technology (enabling us to resolve many issues quickly), and we know how to facilitate getting tricky issues resolved when we have work with third-party technology providers on behalf of our clients (e.g. Internet Service Providers). Most importantly, we know our clients and we attentively and responsively support winery staff.

The Grape Squad, and the relationships Grape Squad members build with staff, are at the heart of how we deliver Bespoke Winery IT & Commerce capabilities, and the primary way we nurture those relationships is with our Total Care Plan (TCP).
